A next-step date that arrives, or 14 days with no change while still Applied, puts the role in the follow-up line.
Common questions
Is this job application tracker free?
Yes, and it needs no account. It keeps up to 200 applications in this browser, and you can add, move and export them as often as you like.
Where are my applications saved?
In this browser's local storage, on this device only. Nothing is sent to Resumely unless you choose to move them into an account. Clearing your browsing data or closing a private window removes them, so export a CSV to keep a copy.
How does the tracker decide a follow-up is due?
Two ways. A next-step date you set is due on that day. And an application still marked Applied with no change for 14 days is flagged, so you can check in or move it on.
Can I import or export my applications as a CSV?
Yes. Export downloads every application with its company, role, link, date applied, status, next step, next-step date and notes. Import reads a CSV with those columns, adds the rows and skips any that are already there.
Can I move my applications into an account later?
Yes. Create a free account or log in, then open Applications and choose Move to my account. Each application keeps its status, dates, next step and notes, and the posting link is added to its notes. Create a free account
