When you use Resumely.ai, we collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, résumé content, and job preferences. We also collect usage data — pages visited, features used, device information — to improve the service.

How we use it

We use your data to provide and improve our AI résumé editor, job matching, and career tools. Your résumé content is processed by our AI to generate suggestions, ATS scores, and tailored recommendations. We do not use your personal data to train general-purpose AI models.

Sharing & third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform — our database and authentication provider (Supabase) and AI processing services (OpenAI, Google). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Storage & security

Your data is stored using industry-standard encryption. Our database uses Row Level Security (RLS) so users can only access their own data. All connections are encrypted via TLS.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Export your résumés, delete your account, or request a full data export by writing to us. We honor GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent privacy regulations.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the platform. Non-essential cookies can be disabled in your browser settings.
