Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Resumely, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Resumely: resumes, cover letters and profile information. By using our AI features, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of generating suggestions and improvements. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Prohibited use

You may not use Resumely to create fraudulent or misleading resumes, impersonate others, automate mass submissions, reverse-engineer our AI systems, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $12, or at $9 per month when billed annually ($108 once a year). You may cancel at any time, and Pro features remain active through the end of the billing period. We offer a seven-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.

Refunds

First-time Pro subscribers may request a full refund within seven days of purchase. After that window, refunds are issued at our discretion. To request one, write to billing@resumely.ai.

Limitation of liability

Resumely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for hiring outcomes, salary negotiations, or decisions made on the basis of our AI suggestions. Our AI generates recommendations based on patterns and data, so results may vary.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
