By accessing or using Resumely.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Resumely.ai, including resumes, cover letters, and profile information. By using our AI features, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of generating suggestions and improvements. We do not claim ownership of your content.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use Resumely.ai to create fraudulent or misleading resumes, impersonate others, automate mass submissions, reverse-engineer our AI systems, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $12/month. You may cancel at any time, and your Pro features will remain active until the end of the billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.

5. Refund Policy

First-time Pro subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. To request a refund, contact us at billing@resumely.ai.

6. Limitation of Liability

Resumely.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for hiring outcomes, salary negotiations, or decisions made based on our AI suggestions. Our AI generates recommendations based on patterns and data — results may vary.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
