The salary estimator uses an AI model to estimate a median and a range for your role, level and location. It is an estimate, not an offer. The negotiation coach, a Pro tool, turns a range into the lines to send.
Does the coach contact the employer for me?
No. It writes the counter range and the lines to send. You decide what to send, and when.
